Please read the following General Terms and Conditions since they apply to all of your orders. By clicking on the “I accept”/“Accept” button in our shop you accept these General Terms and Conditions. - Delivery
We ship alcoholic beverages only to customers who are 18 years or older. - Product range and prices
We continually expand our product range whenever we find additional exciting products which live up to our quality requirements. Our prices as well as postage and handling charges may change from time to time. Please consult our website for current information on our product range and prices. We reserve the right to make special offers and individual agreements and to change prices at any time. The images on the website may differ from the look of the respective product. - Ordering, Delivery
Please note our current shipping options and shipping costs in the document delivery / shipping costs.
Orders which are received before 17.00 hour on workdays will normally be delivered to addresses in Switzerland on the next workday, or latest within two workdays. If postage is handled by the Swiss Post, additional delivery options may be available for deliver in the evening or on Saturdays. Workdays are Monday to Friday with the exception of national holidays. Orders which we receive on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday are viewed as received on the next following working day. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our sole discretion. - Methods of payment
We accept the methods of payment as published on our website.
For payment by invoice, the following conditions apply:
If payment by invoice is selected, the products remain the property of Gustero GmbH until full payment is received. Our shop system conducts an automated credit rating check via Creditreform. For this purpose, the necessary personal data will be transmitted to Creditreform (first name, family name, address, etc.) is transferred to Creditreform Luzern Vogel AG. The later is performing a credit rating check based on mathematical-statistic procedures and by comparing with pre-existing data. Only if such check results in a sufficient level of credit rating, the option payment by invoice will be available in the check-out. Additionally, we reserve the right to not accept payment by invoice without being obliged to provide reasons. The invoice is payable within 5 days. Late payment interest is at 5% p.a.; additionally there will be damages for late payments according to sec. 106 CO plus cost and expenses charged. We are furthermore permitted to assign the unpaid invoice to Creditreform Luzern Vogel AG for debt enforcement. Additional damages are reserved. - Warranty and Liability
The products sold by Gustero are produced by leading manufacturers. Therefore, the products are hardly ever faulty. If you should ever receive a faulty product, please send us an e-mail and do not dispose of the product until we have provided instructions on how to proceed. Please do not return products without prior approval from Gustero.
Spirit66 encourages responsible drinking. Gustero declines all liability for any health hazards. Keep alcoholic beverages away from persons under 18, animals and fire. Do not store products in a sunny place. - Rescission
Swiss Law does not grant a right of rescission (www.kmu.admin.ch) and we do not grant a right to return or exchange products which were ordered.
Please open the package delivered to you immediately (no later than the day after receipt) and check for completeness of order and absence of damages. If the wrong products are delivered or they are in damaged condition or the order is incomplete, please e-mail us photos of the damaged products and description of the damage or of the missing items immediately after receipt of the parcel, but no later than the next day. Damaged products will be replaced without the need to return them. Should you receive the wrong products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, under the condition that the original seal of the manufacturer and the packaging are still intact. The shipping address for returns to the storage facility in your district will be communicated to you by our customer service. Please do not return products without prior approval from Gustero. - Data confidentiality
We use automated data-processing systems to collect and process data and comply with the most recent Swiss legislation governing data protection. Please see the current version of our data protection policy for more information. - Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
This contractual relationship is subject to Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Stans NW, Switzerland.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerlandand the Netherlands.
- Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmarkand Finland.
- Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
- Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
